Managed social media for brands such as Tennis Gear and Tasman Coffee. Tasks includes creating and editing video and graphic contents, interviewing staffs and customers, curating marketing campaigns and taking part in marketing plans. Adobe suites, Canva, and video editing apps were utilized.

Client 1: Tennis Gear

Tennis Gear is one of Australia’s largest tennis warehouse with multiple pro-shops and tennis courts. It operates in Brisbane and Adelaide, and has an online shop that ships within Australia. It facilitates a big range of classes and events throughout the year.

As a pro-shop coordinator and later the assistant center manager of one of their centres, I took on the task of managing their social media and some marketing campaigns. It includes updating various Facebook and Instagram pages, in different format such as posts, reels, polls, and stories. Their class timetable flyer and in store coffee menu were also redesigned.

Apart from trying to adhere to the style guide, I was also considering presenting different elements and variety. For example, the ‘people’ elements such as class photos, interviews, customer and coach updates; and the ‘products’ elements through videos and images of the shops, products reviews and features; additionally, tennis training tips and product knowledge to add value for our audiences.

There were visible increase of engagement and followers after more effort had been put in their social media. Unfortunately the main Instagram got hacked and took down sometime after I left the job, but the Facebook pages of @TennisGear and pages for various centres such as @Emerson Tennis Centre are still accessible.
